  I had an appointment for 4:45 and showed up on time. I sat in the waiting room for one hour and was then brought to a room to see the doctor. I waited another half hour bringing to total to one and a half hours, it was now 6:15 and still did not see the doctor. I decided to leave then and went out to the reception room and stated that I'd waited 1 1/2 hours and was leaving. The staff smiled and nodded their heads and that was it. I think that if there is an issue creating an unusual wait (I'd say and hour and a half is unusual), someone on the staff should be aware enough to let the patient know there is a delay. I don't know who is at fault, I've seen Dr. Deshaw before and never had an issue but this is not acceptable. If you're going to see Dr. Deshaw be sure to bring a book.
