  While I love the gym, I (as many members are these days) am very frustrated with their unwillingness to make simple changes that would solve problems. For example, since making the combination lockers key-free many people leave them locked overnight. It is now difficult to find an open locker. But there is not even a sign up asking people not to do this. Many of us have requested such a sign, also saying that that lockers will be emptied overnight from time to time. The staff admits that they get many daily complaints/request about this, but that the forces that be are resistant to change anything. It's a simple sign. How hard can that be!
  
  The other big issue has to do with the family locker room. There is a small locker room with a few showers and two toilets to be used by all families with opposite sex children. That is fine. There are signs up saying that all others should use the men's or women's locker room. Still, for some unknown reason many people without kids come in, take up the few lockers, showers, and hairdryers that we are all scrambling to get to after weekend swim classes. Several women come in straight from the pool, dripping wet, and don't even dry themselves, or the huge puddle they leave at their lockers. Little kids run around in the room. I would be shocked if several haven't slipped an fallen. Again the staff have receive numerous complaints over the past few years, and despite promises to monitor for this, nothing has been done.
  
  Lifetime is a beautiful facility, with great equipment. But for the price of membership, we shouldn't have to worry about finding a locker or shower, or our kids slipping on wet floors.

  I was a member of LifeTime Athletic in 2017, and cancelled my membership in person in November of that year. I later found out, that despite my attempt to cancel the membership, I had been charged a monthly membership fee for 6 months - even though I had not stepped foot inside the club during that time. I called and explained this issue to the staff, who not only were rude and insulting but charged me for my final month before completely cancelling my membership. They also made a point to tell me that If i didn't pay my last month, their collections department would persist after me.
  
  Don't waste your money. Also - the gym should be kept much cleaner for what you pay for a membership. The showers get disgusting. The trainers don't respect when you are using equipment (I had several trainers move my water bottle out of the way so they could use it with their clients - I was stretching nearby). Kids swim practice always takes over the pool during the worst times so its hard to find a swimming lane.
  
  Don't do business with these people.
