  My last two orders were supposed to be delivered on a certain date and they never arrived. No updates, np communications. Now they have been delayed several weeks. This is a consistent problem. They offered a discount since I complained, but I still don't have my golf dresses. I spoke to someone over the phone and she was very sympathetic, but she said she had no control over delivery. I'm still getting daily emails from Pinks and Greens. I don't know how they can operate promising customers merchandise they can't deliver. Still waiting for my golf dresses. Very frustrating.

  Customer Service is excellent and they respond quickly and pleasantly to any concerns. Would order from this company again. Were extremely helpful when one of my products wasn't going to arrive on time for me to travel to a big event. They organised a refund for that skirt and ensured the rest of the order would arrive in time. I have ordered previously without any problems. Also helped out with sizing.
